Remembrance Sunday Service

Sunday 8th November 10:45am at Holy Trinity Church 


To commemorate the end of the Great War, we shall be hosting our annual service of Remembrance at Holy Trinity, to remember all those who have died in service to their country. 

Due to the current COVID 19 restrictions we will be restricted in our services in Church. 

We will be holding we will be holding our Act of Remembrance at the Cross at 10.45am, this service will be held outside. 

As permitted by the Government Regulations a small act of Remembrance will begin at 10:45am at the War Memorial in the Church Garden. The Public have been discouraged from attending and are invited to mark the 2 minutes silence within the safety of their own homes at 11:00am. The Church bell will toll to mark the beginning and end of the silence. 

You will not be able to wait within the Church before the Act of Remembrance service.  

This is always a special moment as we remember those who fought for the freedom we enjoy today.

We do hope to welcome you all as a community to remember those who have lost their lives in service for their country and pray for peace in the world.
